If it's a straightforward repair, with your go ahead we can sort it there and then.
The £50 investigation fee is included so you pay nothing extra on top.

Why do we charge for investigations?
Because turning up and having a proper look is a job in itself.
We go up, find it, film it, explain what we found on the video, and send you the footage on WhatsApp. You're not taking our word for anything. You can see what's wrong with your own eyes, look it up, show someone else, whatever you need to do.
The £50 is for a proper diagnosis.

We agree a time and show up when we say we will

If we need to return at a later date to fix the problem, The investigation fee is all you commit to at this stage.
Once we know what's needed, we will tell you which repair band applies and what to expect before anything else is booked.
