Small Repair Band

- Simple accessible fixes

Often sorted there and then
Standard Repair Band
- Several slipped/cracked tiles
- Chimney/junction leaks
- Ridge tile repairs
- Minor felt/membrane issues
Half of all repairs fall here
£400 - £850
Large Repair Band
£1,000 - £2,000
- Full ridge/hip tiles re-bedding
- Significant slate/tile replacement
- Full Lead work replacement
- Full chimney repointing
- Multiple leak source repairs
Multiple days / more materials
A note on scaffolding
Some roofing work requires safe access, such as scaffolding.
Where needed, we arrange this separately and confirm costs before work is booked.
Typical scaffolding costs range from £400–£850.
