To make pricing straightforward and transparent, we work using repair bands. Once we’ve inspected the roof, we’ll confirm which band applies and explain exactly what’s included.

Roofing Repair Pricing Bands

Same Day Small Repair

£250

For minor, accessible faults that can be repaired safely in one visit.

Includes labour and common materials.

Standard Repair Band

£450 – £850

This is where most domestic roof repairs fall.

Typically includes:

• Chimney flashing and leadwork repairs

• Chimney and Ridge repointing

• Persistent leaks requiring investigation

• Flat roof localised repairs

Pricing depends on complexity, time required, and materials.

Major Repair Band

£900 – £2,000

For larger or more involved repairs, such as:

• Extensive leadwork

• Larger flat roof sections

• Multiple leak sources

• Structural repair elements

We’ll explain the scope clearly before proceeding.

Roof Replacement & Larger Projects

Full roof replacements, larger flat roofs, and extensive works are quoted individually following inspection.

We’ll provide a clear itemised quote outlining the scope, materials, and timescale.

Access & Scaffolding

Some roofing work requires safe access, such as scaffolding.

Where needed:

• Scaffolding is arranged separately

• The cost is confirmed before work is booked

Typical scaffolding costs range from £400–£900, depending on access and setup.

Free Roof Inspection

We offer a free roof inspection for homeowners in our service area.

This includes:

• Visual inspection of the roof

• Video evidence where helpful

• Clear explanation of any issues found

• A no-pressure quote based on the appropriate repair band
