He fixed the leak the same day and provided me a video of the works completed.

I bought a new house and the survey said it needed a new roof, so after looking at Josephs reviews, I contacted him to quote. Joseph arranged to quote the next day, and made an excellent first impression, Very polite, professional & quite personable.

He sent me an itemised invoice via email, and after accepting the quote, joseph started the works 2 weeks later.

Joseph and his team were a pleasure to have round, always in good spirits, and clearly experts in their field. They completed the works within 5 working days, and done an excellent job. Everything looks good, and we have had no leaks since the roof was complete (3 months ago).

Joe got back to me really quickly, gave me a reasonable quote and turned up when agreed. He cleaned and sealed my gutters at the front and back. He showed a video of the work carried out. We have since had several heavy downpours and the gutters no longer leak. A polite and reliable lad who did a Great job, I would recommend him.

Got a very quick response from Joseph and on the call he talked me through the possible causes and remedies of the leak and then came to survey the problem area. He clearly explained and showed the problem using a video, explained the possible fixes and what he was going to do. He showed a video of the work carried out at the end. I hired this lovely Man who is working as a Roofer to unblock my downpipe he not only unblocked it plus he also shown some professionalism by clearing some debris which he noticed in the Gutter which could in the future lead to another block. this is the kind of tradesman we are looking for who cares for us sincerely. who pinpoints for us certain issues using their professional knowledge. not just the work we asked to do. his fees are also very reasonably priced and he is a very polite man. I will highly recommend him if any body want to hire him. A five star from me.
