Repair Pricing Bands:

Same Day Small Repair – £250

For minor, accessible repairs completed in one visit.

​

Standard Repair Band – £450 to £850

For most common domestic roof repairs. Most roof repairs fall into this category.

​

​

Major Repair Band – £900 to £2,000

For larger or more involved repairs where extensive work is required. Usually taking two days to complete.

Roof Replacements & Larger Projects

Quoted individually after inspection.

• Labour by experienced roofers

• Appropriate materials for the replacement

• Organisation of all relevant materials & equipment hire required to complete the works

• Itemised invoice with detailed descriptions of work to be completed

Access & Scaffolding

Some work requires safe access, such as scaffolding.

• Scaffolding is not always needed

• If required, it is priced separately

• Typical costs range from £400–£900

• We always confirm this before booking
